Crows Near My Window

Hi,

This morning as I looked out my kitchen window, I noticed three crows walking about near one of the woody bushes in the yard. One of those crows was digging away in the grass near the woody bush. It was after the bird seed that I had deposited there last evening.

I was amazed at how diligently the crow was digging away in the tall grass near the bush. It was using both beak and feet to help extract the seeds from amongst the tangled grasses.

I tried to get a photo but the crow noticed my movement with the camera and flew away.

Oh well, I suppose we should be satisfied with experiencing such events rather than photographing them.:)
